Manchester (Baguley, Wilmslow, Blackburn, Rawenstall)
This list is subject to change as there may be technical reasons why areas may not get completed in time.
Yay mine just switched, it said 'v+ is updating' and a minute later I had Sci-Fi HD, E4 HD, Eurosport HD and Discovery HD advertised. I am in Solihull by the way. :)
