Virgin Media new services this week?
Virgin Media announces its last quarter and full year results on Wednesday morning, so I'm running a quick poll to see what people are expecting as anaccompanying news announcement. You can pick multiple answers if you think there are to be several additional services.

i think it will launch itv player and am hoping for hd channels but am not so confident about that but we all can dream
Probably more VOD including itv player,And say yet again HD Channels coming soon(meaning previous promise within 3 months to be another crock of shit).Expect SKY with have a good laugh at our expense again

What I hope and expect are different things. I hope C4 and ITV HD will be announced to be added in 2-4 weeks time with others to follow and ITV demand launched Monday.
What I expect is ITV on demand will not launch for some mysterious reason and we'll have to wait a few more weeks. The company will name ITV and C4 as being two of the HD channels but be vague and evasive about launch dates, prefering their mantra "coming soon". One of them will launch in a couple of weeks out of the blue, perhaps ITV and the others will be delayed at which point virgin media will be called a bunch of liars as they won't make the 31st March deadline for all of them. The quarterly results will waffle on about good v+ take up and a new box "coming soon" and be optimistic about ofcom's paytv consultation even though the results of the second one are crystal clear that it'll drag on for perhaps at least another year.
heard a ROUMOR that itv hd will launch with the fa cup match on wednesday with itv player got this told by virgin ppl could still be porkies.
Had a V+ box installed recently.The guy from Virgin hinted that ITVHD soon to be available but would not say when.I got the feeling that it was a standard answer they've all been told to give.

There have been so many false dawns based around proper HD content and a VOD service that actually looks like Virgin cares (eg including all the episodes in the right order). I'm not expecting anything other than more promises. I can feel the freesat box calling!
Well I for one couldn't wait for virgins 1 or 2 HD channels that were promised when I joined virgin over 18 months ago anymore and have took up sky £49 HD offer with 30+ channels. I dont think I was treated like the V.I.P I was promised I would be. I also have a feeling that the staff a virgin don't really know anything more than we do.
