Worth buying a VPN router ....that way all devices that connect wired or wireless can benefit .....not just the PC.
But would you really take your VPN router on holiday with you..
How much TV do you watch on holiday? We tend to stay in apartments/villas and used to take a few DVDs with us, but now load up the iPad with iPlayer downloads and a few iTunes rentals but never get around to watching most of what we take. Netflix was great in Amsterdam but probably isn't worth the effort if your destination doesn't have native Netflix.
My MacbookAir is hooked into Unblock-US and is light and easy to take away, so if we have wifi we are good to go. Admittedly, Netflix (or iPlayer etc) is not used that much on holiday, but it is easier than down loading stuff before you go.
At home we use Apple TVs for Netflix, so don't need the router option.

Thanks for the article. I personally use the UnoTelly DNS option. It’s ideal for content streaming because unlike VPNs, there is no internet speed loss when using it.
