Virgin channels go widescreen on June 3rd
Virgin1, +1, Living, +1, Living 2, Trouble, Bravo and Challenge all go widescreen on Tuesday. Not all content will immediately be 16:9 as some is only available in 4:3.

Challenge Jackpot is now testing in 16:9, see the link in my name.
The BBC's, ITV's, C4's and Five's are already widescreen. It wouldn't be a test if everyone could see it. Eurosport isn't owned by Virgin Media Television, it's up to their owners TF1 Group to broadcast it in widescreen.
By "Virgin Channels" I was referring to the channels owned by Virgin Media TV (Virgin1, Living, Living 2, Trouble, Bravo, Challenge). I've updated the main post to make that clear. Other channels depend on the supplier: all BBC, C4, ITV, Five, Nat Geo, UKTV and Sky channels are widescreen already.
